內蒙古宇標食品有限責任公司是2002年4月成立的一家集農畜產品收購、加工、銷售、科研、外貿于一體的民營股份制企業，是全國農產品加工示范企業和中國機械化屠宰加工優勢企業，是內蒙古自治區首批農牧業產業化重點龍頭企業,是內蒙古自治區高新技術企業。

企業注冊資金2490.91萬元，總資產2.5億元，占地面積58萬平方米，其中建筑面積5萬平方米。現有員工451人，其中各類專業技術人員46人。具有年加工白鵝800萬羽、羊45萬只、鵝絨裘皮60萬張、鵝肉腸3000噸、生豬20萬口的五條現代化生產線。

公司的“宇標”牌“科爾沁草原白鵝”和“宇標”牌“科爾沁草原羊肉”等六個品種被中國綠色食品發展中心認定為綠色食品A級產品，并獲得無公害農產品產地認定證書,其中鵝產品為內蒙首家獲得綠色食品證書。公司的兩大主導產品（科爾沁草原白鵝、科爾沁草原羊肉）被內蒙古自治區農畜牧產品認定委員會認定為名牌產品，并獲得進京、進滬許可證。公司“宇標及圖”商標被認定為中國馳名商標。公司通過了ISO9001:2000質量管理體系認證和國際食品質量安全體系HACCP認證。

公司把發展白鵝產業作為農牧民致富奔小康的主導產業，投資1200萬元建成占地700畝的種鵝基地。引用國外優質種公鵝與國內良種基礎母鵝雜交，培育出毛肉兼用型“宇標白鵝”優良品種。年可供雛鵝150萬-200萬只。公司曾榮獲年實際屠宰量全國第一名的殊榮。在抓好種鵝基地建設經營的同時，在鵝產品深加工上尋求更廣闊的發展空間，現已建成投產年加工60萬張鵝絨裘皮生產線，實現了國內首家規模化生產鵝絨裘皮這一科技創新重點目標。鵝絨裘皮產品已通過自治區科技成果鑒定。并申報了國家專利，專利號為：（200810010448.6）。

Inner Mongolia Yubiao Food Co., Ltd, established in April 2002, is a privatre stock enterprise combined with acquisition, processing, sales , scientific research and foreign trade of agriculture and livestock products. It is also a national model enterprise of agricultural products processing, a key leading enterprise of farming and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and one of the first poverty-support leading enterprises in the autonomous region. The enterprise has registered capital of 24,9091 million yuan and total assets of 250 million yuan ,take up an area of 580000 square meters, and has three modern production lines of annual processing 8 million white goose , 450000 sheep and 50000 pigs. The company has a goose cultivation park zone, which includes a refrigerating, a power distribution, a boiler and a water supply auxiliary workshops, 1000-ton refrigerator chambers, 180-ton cold chambers, newly built 2800-ton refrigerator chambers. Newly built goose sausage workshops and goose down fur workshops. The company consists of the financial dept, the sales dept, the enterprise project dept, the store dept, the production dept, the quality control dept, the base dept, the R&D dept and an office, with a comprehensive management mechanism, scientific management means and high office efficiency.

In 2003, the “Yubiao Brand Ke’erqin Prairie Mutton” were conferred by China Green Food Development Center as Class A Greed Foods, and awarded with the certificate of the origin Certification in Inner Mongolia. The two primary products of the origin of harmless agricultural products, where in , the goose products first passed the Greed Good Certification in Inner Mongolia. The two primary products of the company (Ker’erqin Prairie White Goose and Ke’erqin Prairie Mutton) have been awarded with the license for entering into Beijing and Shanghai, and conferred by the autonomous region as branch products. “Yubiao Brand ”becomes a national famous brand. At the end of 2003, the company passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification. In December 2004, the company was assessed as the “Chinese Advantaged Enterprise of Mechanical Slaughter Processing ” by the State Ministry of Commerce and was honored the title of “National 1ST Place of 2003 Actual Goose Slaughter”.

To build the enterprise into a domestically leading food processing enterprise which meets the international standards. The company passed HACCP certification and food hygiene registration.

To fully display the role of a leading enterprise, promote adjustment of the agricultural struture and drive the local economic growth and income increase of famers and herdsmen, Yubiao always attaches its development importance to construction of the goose cultication construction. It had developed 10 key towns with the cultivation scale above 100000 feather, fostered 49 professional villages with cultivation scale above 15000 feather and drove 21000 goose cultivation key households of the whole provice by the end of 2005. In that year, the total number of culticated geese broke 4 million feather, the total increase income of farmers and herdsmen reached 32 million yuan and increase income per capita was 94.12 yuan. To meet the requirements of farm households in Kailu County and the surrounding areas for good little geese, the company invested 26.96 million yuan in the second half year of 2005 to build the goose cultivation site and white goose cultivation park zone, which can supply 4 million little geese to the farmers every year. According to the cultivation mode of company +base +farm households, Yubiao establishes the “5 unify” service system: unified little geese supply, unified material supply, unified epidemic prevetion, unified cultivation mode, unified recovery. By the spring of 2007, the company had supplied 1 million little geese to the farm households.

The enterprise persists to taking the white goose industry as the leading industry for the development and grouth of the company, continues to well implement construction of the goose base, and pursues better development in deep processing of the goose products. After full research and demonstration, and under great support of the party committee government of the higher level, in particular under the support of the State Integrated Agricultural Development Office, it determines its share holding operation project--- manufacturing of nutrient and health care goose sausage and goose down fur. A total of 30.66 million yuan has been invested in the goose sausage project, and there is an annual output of 3000 ton nutrient goose sausage; and a total of 65 million yuan has been invested into the goose down fur project, and there in an annual output of 2 million pieces and 2700 ton by-products. The goose down fur belongs to a product exported for earning foreign exchange, 85% of which are sold to the European, American and Japanese markets, and each piece sells about 20 U.S. dollars. The two projects belong to high sci-tech and high added value white goose deep processing products, can add sales income of 260 million yuan, realize profit of 40 million yuan, and tax income of 25 million yuan , and arrange more than 10000 laid-off employees, residents who lose their jobs and rural residual labor forces. So far, the basic engineering for workshops under construction of the two hi-new technological projects has been completed, and will be put into production in November 2006, so as to contribute to constructing the socialist new countryside, leading the farmers to cast off poverty and promoting the local economic prosperity, and push the structural adjustment of the agricultural products to the industrial progress.
